Lindsey Perkins
Customer Service Specialist
Lindsey Perkins serves as customer service specialist for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions.
In her role as a customer service specialist, Lindsey is responsible for answering inquiries from clients and providing correct and concise follow-up in a timely manner. One of her primary responsibilities is to establish relationships with not only the clients but the carriers as well. Lindsey also advises the sales agents on issues that may affect client retention or satisfaction. Her primary goal is to be the trusted resource for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions’ clients when they have an issue or questions.
Lindsey brings nearly 15 years of professional experience with her to the Medicare industry, five of which she gained in the medical field. Before joining Senior Solutions, Lindsey served in the positions of receptionist and office manager. It was these roles that helped her sharpen her expertise in the field of service, so that she may now serve her Medicare-eligible customers with excellence.
A graduate of Bellbrook High School, Lindsey went on to continue her education at Sinclair Community College.
Lindsey, her husband, and daughter Alayna reside in West Carrollton.
