Lisa Smith serves as the customer service manager for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions (MBSS) in Dayton, Ohio.

In this role Lisa’s primary job is to manage the MBSS Operations team. This includes mentoring and developing associates in our Research, Enrollments and Customer Service Departments. Lisa is responsible for managing the everyday internal operations of MBSS, including workflow and staffing. She is constantly developing new ways to provide the highest level of customer service and impress our customers. 
 
Lisa brings over 30 years of experience to MBSS, all of which have been in the insurance industry. Her previous position, as a senior learning and development consultant for a well-established carrier, has helped her to become an amazing asset to MBSS.

Lisa has many certifications and professional designations that boost her amount of benefit-related knowledge. She is married and has a son, David and daughter, Miranda. She also enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, Evelyn Mae.
