Abi Jordan
Customer Service Specialist Abi Jordan serves as customer service specialist for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions (MBSS).
In her role as a customer service specialist, Abi is responsible for answering inquiries from clients and providing correct and concise follow-up in a timely manner. One of her primary responsibilities is to establish relationships with not only the clients, but the carriers as well. Abi also advises the sales agents on issues that may affect client retention or satisfaction. Her primary goal is to be the trusted resource for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions’ clients when they have an issue or questions. Abi brings nearly 12 years of professional experience with her to the Medicare arena, three of which she gained in the insurance industry. Before joining Senior Solutions Abi worked as a tax preparer, and at a well known dental insurance provider. It is this background that helped Abi sharpen her expertise in the fields of customer service and retention.
Abi is a graduate from Kettering Fairmont High School with continuing education at Miami University. In her spare time Abi enjoys being an assistant coach for the West Carrolton Wee Pirate cheerleading. She is married with one son, Nathan.
