Carol Wooldridge
Manager of Training and Processes Carol Wooldridge serves as manager of training and processes for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions.
In this role Carol’s primary focus is to supervise internal systems development and training. She effectively writes, implements and educates McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions (MBSS) agents and administrative staff on all new operational procedures and processes. Carol brings over 33 years of professional experience with her to MBSS, 26 of which she gained in the insurance industry. Prior to joining MBSS, she worked at a nationally-established carrier as an account manager. It was this role that helped Carol sharpen her skills to serve our MBSS Training and Processes Team with excellence.
After graduating from Xenia High School, Carol went on to continue her education at Sinclair Community College. Carol currently resides in Lebanon, Ohio with her husband Joe.
