Customer Service Specialist Cathy Bloomberg serves as customer service specialist for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions.
In her role as a customer service specialist, Cathy is responsible for answering inquiries from clients and providing correct and concise follow-up in a timely manner. One of her primary responsibilities is to establish relationships with not only the clients but the carriers as well. Cathy also advises the sales agents on issues that may affect client retention or satisfaction. Her primary goal is to be the trusted resource for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions’ clients when they have an issue or questions. Cathy brings with her to MBSS 10 years of professional experience, all of which have been in the insurance industry. It was in these years that she sharpened her expertise in the fields of customer service and retention so that she may serve our MBSS clients with excellence.
