Cody Troutwine
Processes Coordinator Cody Troutwine serves as a processes coordinator for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions.
In this role Cody is responsible for the maintenance and development of all internal databases and queries. One of his primary responsibilities is to audit our customer relationship management system in order to insure that data is being stored correctly and efficiently. Cody and his team effectively write, implement and train MBSS agents and administrative staff on all new operational procedures and processes. Cody holds an Ohio Life and Health License and previously worked as a financial services professional for a national insurance company. Cody’s strong work ethic and professionalism have helped him perform his new role as processes coordinator with excellence.
Cody graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in financial services from the Raj Soin College of Business.
