Cynthia Shelton
Customer Service Specialist Cynthia Shelton serves as a customer service specialist for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions (MBSS).
In this role Cynthia is responsible for answering inquiries from clients and providing correct and concise follow-up in a timely manner. One of her primary responsibilities is to establish relationships with not only the clients, but the carriers as well. Cynthia also advises the sales agents on issues that may affect client retention or satisfaction. Her primary goal is to be the trusted resource for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions’ clients when they have an issue or questions. Cynthia brings nearly 20 years of professional experience with her to the MBSS team, many of which she gained working in the medical field. Before joining MBSS, Cynthia worked as a program specialist for Kettering Medical Center Years Ahead/Community Wellness Department. She is also currently serving as a health ministry team lead for her church.
Cynthia graduated from Robert Morris Business College with a certificate in Hospitality Management. She enjoys spending time with her husband Daryl, son Donovan, and daughter Darcyn.
