Emily Martin
Customer Service Specialist Emily Martin serves as a customer service specialist for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions (MBSS). She is responsible for answering inquiries from clients and providing correct and concise follow-up in a timely manner. One of her primary responsibilities is to establish relationships with not only the clients, but the carriers as well. Emily also advises the sales agents on issues that may affect client retention or satisfaction. Her primary goal is to be the trusted resource for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions’ clients when they have an issue or question.
Emily brings over two years of work experience to MBSS in the areas of training and event planning. She graduated from Fairmont High School and received her degree in interpersonal communications from Bowling Green State University.
Emily enjoys sports, photography and traveling in her spare time.
