Katherine Bach
Customer Service Specialist Katherine (Katie) Bach serves as a customer service specialist for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions (MBSS). She is responsible for answering inquiries from clients and providing correct and concise follow-up in a timely manner. One of her primary responsibilities is to establish relationships with not only the clients, but the carriers as well. Katie also advises the sales agents on issues that may affect client retention or satisfaction. Her primary goal is to be the trusted resource for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions’ clients when they have an issue or question.
She brings over five years of work experience to MBSS in the areas of sales and consumer banking. Katherine graduated from Miamisburg High School and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in management and apparel design with a minor in art history.
Katie is active in the community and is a member of the Generation Dayton Social Committee, Dayton History Bell Board and Dayton Junior League.
She lives in Miamisburg, Ohio with her husband Will and their two dogs, Sasha and Samson.
