Susan Brannigan
Customer Service Specialist Susan Brannigan serves as a customer service specialist for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions’ Warren, Ohio location. She is responsible for answering inquiries from clients and providing correct and concise follow-up in a timely manner. Most of Susan’s interactions are done on a face-to-face basis where she enjoys interacting with clients. One of her primary responsibilities is to establish relationships, not only the clients, but the carriers as well. Susan also advises the sales agents on issues that may affect client retention or satisfaction. Her primary goal is to be the trusted resource for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions’ clients when they have an issue or question.
Prior to joining MB Senior Solutions, Susan worked for General Motors for 34 years. Her experience there ranged from working on the assembly line to training individuals for over 20 years.
She is involved in fund raising for Santa’s Hideaway Hollow – an organization that allows terminally ill children to spend their last days with Santa, no matter what time of year. She is also involved in The Camelot Center – a therapeutic riding center for children with disabilities as well as service men and women returning from active military duty.
She currently holds the position of Ladies of Harley Officer for The Warren Harley Owners Group and serves as the activities/publicity officer for the group.
In her free time she enjoys gardening, working around her home, fishing, spending time in her pool, and spending time with her two labs, Blackjack and Emmi.
