Theresa Kelley
Customer Service Specialist Theresa Kelley (TK) serves as a Customer Service Specialist for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions (MBSS). She is responsible for answering inquiries from clients and providing correct and concise follow-up in a timely manner. One of her primary responsibilities is to establish relationships with not only the clients, but the carriers as well. TK also advises the sales agents on issues that may affect client retention or satisfaction. Her primary goal is to be the trusted resource for McGohan Brabender Senior Solutions’ clients when they have an issue or question.
TK brings over 10 years of customer service experience to MBSS. Most recently she worked for Montgomery County. She also has experience working in the healthcare field. TK is known for being hands on and for delivering service above and beyond customer expectations.
TK is a native of Dayton and returned to the area after living in Cincinnati for over 10 years. She enjoys reading and says that retail therapy is her favorite pastime.
